Agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrested ex-con Adrian Gilliam Jr. last week for allegedly providing the gun that Kazemi used to kill McNair. Nashville police say McNair, 36, was asleep on his couch when Kazemi shot him multiple times before taking her own life.
