BALTIMORE, June 9 (UPI) -- Nolan Reimold had a home run and two RBI and Brad Bergesen pitched eight scoreless innings Tuesday to lead Baltimore to a 3-1 win over Seattle.
Bergesen (3-2) allowed five hits and struck out six batters to earn the victory for the Orioles, who stopped a five-game losing streak. George Sherrill got his 12th save despite allowing a run in the ninth inning.

Adam Jones had the other RBI for Baltimore and Matt Wieters was 2-for-3.
Losing pitcher Jason Vargas (2-1) gave up three runs on seven hits in 5 2/3 innings with four strikeouts.
Jose Lopez had the only RBI for Seattle.
