LAS VEGAS, April 15 (UPI) -- The Las Vegas Bowl announced Tuesday it had signed the body shop chain MAACO as its title sponsor for the next three years.
The annual game will be known as the MAACO Las Vegas Bowl this year and will be played Dec. 22.

''This bowl has flourished with four straight sellouts," Executive Director Tina Kunzer-Murphy said in a written statement. "Securing a 3-year sponsorship with a well-recognized company such as MAACO ensures that we have a bright future.''
The game pits the champion or first selection from the Mountain West Conference against the fourth or fifth selection from the Pac 10. Last year's contest saw Arizona knock off Brigham Young 31-21.
