Mike Cammalleri scored and Miikka Kiprusoff took the loss in goal for Calgary, allowing three goals on 31 shots. Curtis McElhinney allowed two goals on five shots in relief of Kiprusoff in the Flames' third loss in four games.
Calgary missed a chance to pick up a game on first-place Vancouver in the Northwest. The Canucks lead the Flames by two points and both teams have on regular-season game to play.
