NBA: San Antonio 100, Washington 78

SAN ANTONIO, March 6 (UPI) -- Tony Parker made 7-of-9 shots Friday night, scoring 19 points to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 100-78 blasting of Washington.

Ime Udoka paced a busy effort by the Spurs' bench with 13 points. Michael Finley and George Hill both contributed 12 points, helping the Spurs win for the sixth time in nine games.

San Antonio owned a 12-point lead at halftime and turned the game into a blowout with a 16-2 run in the third quarter. The Spurs shot 51 percent from the floor.

Antawn Jamison paced Washington with 14 points. The Wizards have lost six out of seven.

Washington has won only four road games this season, tied for worst in the NBA.
