LONDON, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- A series of exhibition matches featuring Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf has been scheduled for the new roof-covered center court at Wimbledon.

Agassi and Graf will be joined by Kim Clijsters and Tim Henman for matches May 17, about five weeks before the 2009 Wimbledon tournament kicks off. Officials said there will be one men's singles match, a women's singles match and a mixed doubles match.

"I have great memories of playing at Wimbledon and to be among the first to play under the new center court roof is really exciting," Agassi said.

Agassi won once at Wimbledon, taking the title in 1992. Graf owns seven Wimbledon championships among her 22 grand slam titles.

"There is no tennis venue more special to me than center court at Wimbledon," Graf said. "I couldn't be more honored to play there again with my husband Andre and tennis greats Kim and Tim."

Officials said the main reason for the exhibitions is to test the court's new retractable roof and air management system with some 15,000 people on hand to watch the matches.
