COL BKB: Marquette 73, St. John's 59

MILWAUKEE, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Jerel McNeal had 20 points, seven rebounds and seven assists Saturday night to lead 12th-ranked Marquette to a 73-59 win over St. John's.

Lazar Hayward added 18 points and seven rebounds for the Eagles (21-4, 10-2 Big East), who had lost their previous two games. Dominic James had 14 points and six assists for Marquette.

Paris Horne had a 23 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the Red Storm (12-13, 3-10), who have lost four straight. D.J. Kennedy added nine points, 11 rebounds and seven assists.
