NHL: Los Angeles 5, Minnesota 2

ST. PAUL, Minn., Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Five different Kings scored Tuesday, lifting Los Angeles past the Minnesota Wild 5-2 heading into the All-Star break.

Kyle Calder, Dustin Brown, Anze Kopitar, Derek Armstrong and Patrick O'Sullivan all scored for the Kings, who snapped a four-game losing streak and picked up their first road win since Dec. 27 at Phoenix. Calder also notched an assist.

Jonathan Quick stopped 25 stops to earn his fifth win of the season.

Owen Nolan and Marek Zidlicky each scored once for the Wild, who have lost two of three.

Niklas Backstrom took the loss after giving up four goals on 26 shots through two periods. Josh Harding replaced him and stopped all five LA shots in the third period.
