KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 8 (UPI) -- Austin Daye scored seven of his 20 points in overtime Wednesday, leading Gonzaga to an 89-79 victory over No. 25 Tennessee.
The Volunteers had their school-record, 37-game home winning streak snapped.

Tennessee let a 12-point lead early in the second half slip away and needed a layup by Tyler Smith with 31 seconds left in regulation to force overtime.
Gonzaga then dominated the extra period to halt a three-game losing streak and improve to 9-4. It was the Bulldogs' second win over Tennessee this season.
Matt Bouldin led Gonzaga with 26 points and Josh Heytvelt had 15 to go with 12 rebounds.
Tennessee (9-4) dropped its second straight. Cameron Tatum paced the Volunteers with 22 points.
