SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- Tony Parker had 32 points and five assists Saturday night to lead the San Antonio Spurs past Memphis 106-103.
Tim Duncan had 29 points but fouled out in the first overtime. Manu Ginobili scored 20 points for San Antonio, which has won five straight games.
Hakim Warrick scored 16 points, while Marc Gasol finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks -- but Gasol failed to sink a potential game-winning shot in regulation and then missed a key free throw in the first overtime that might have prevented the Grizzlies' fifth loss in six games.
The Spurs went up 105-100 with 1:19 left in the second overtime on back-to-back jumpers by Parker. Mayo got the Grizzlies within 105-103 with a three-pointer but Memphis failed to score the rest of the way.
