O.J. Mayo scored 29 points for the Grizzlies. Rudy Gay finished with 13 points, 11 rebounds and five assists for Memphis.

Hakim Warrick scored 16 points, while Marc Gasol finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks -- but Gasol failed to sink a potential game-winning shot in regulation and then missed a key free throw in the first overtime that might have prevented the Grizzlies' fifth loss in six games.

The Spurs went up 105-100 with 1:19 left in the second overtime on back-to-back jumpers by Parker. Mayo got the Grizzlies within 105-103 with a three-pointer but Memphis failed to score the rest of the way.
