NBA: Miami 90, Chicago 77

MIAMI, Dec. 26 (UPI) -- Miami outscored Chicago, 24-11, in the final 10 minutes Friday on the way to a 90-77 win over the Bulls in an NBA matinee.

The contest was tied, 66-66, following Larry Hughes' dunk with 10:07 left, but a jump shot by rookie Michael Beasley started Miami's game-ending spurt.

In all, Beasley scored eight of his 14 points in the fourth period.

Dwayne Wade led the way with 28 points.

Mario Chalmers scored 16 with five rebounds and six assists.

Daequan Cook scored 12, while Beasley added six rebounds and two blocked shots for the Heat, who have won four in a row following a three-game losing streak.

They trailed, 45-40, at halftime.

Ben Gordon's 15 points led Chicago.

Hughes scored 13 with four rebounds, Aaron Gray 12 with 11 rebounds, and both Derrick Rose and Andres Nocioni scored 10 points apiece for the Bulls, who have lost 14 of their last 17 games at Miami's AmericanAirlines Arena.
