WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Dec. 22 (UPI) -- JaJuan Johnson had 21 points and nine rebounds Monday to lead 15th-ranked Purdue to a 70-55 win over Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
E'Twaun Moore added 19 points and six rebounds for the Boilermakers (10-2), who have won five in a row. Marcus Green had 12 points for Purdue.
Nick Daniels had 14 points for IPFW, but was the only player in double digits for the Mastodons (4-8), who have lost six of their last seven games. Jeremy Mixon had nine points and Deilvez Yearby added eight points and seven rebounds in the loss.
The score was tied at 17-17 with less than eight minutes left in the first half, but Purdue scored 11 straight points to take over the game.
