OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- A 24-point effort from Kevin Durant Friday lifted Oklahoma City to a 91-83 victory over Toronto, the Thunder's third win of the season.
Oklahoma City had lost eight straight since Nov. 29 when it got its second victory. The Thunder's three wins are still the fewest in the NBA, one fewer than the number achieved by Washington and Minnesota.
Toronto, which has lost four in a row and nine out of 11, was led by Chris Bosh with 22 points. This was the opener of a six-game road trip over the holidays for the Raptors.
