WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Caron Butler scored 33 points Tuesday, sparking the Washington Wizards to a 107-94 victory over the Detroit Pistons.

Antawn Jamison added 10 points, 11 rebounds and four assists for Washington. Juan Dixon had 16 points and seven assists, and Darius Songaila 15 points.

Richard Hamilton scored 29 points for Detroit, which has lost three straight. Rasheed Wallace added 19 points, Allen Iverson 13, and Rodney Stuckey 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Forward Antonio McDyess, who left Detroit as a part of the Iverson trade before getting released by Denver, made his return to the Motor City after having to wait 30 days before being eligible to join the Pistons. He finished with nine points in 25 minutes.
