Son's painted nails enter Urlacher case

JOLIET, Ill., Nov. 26 (UPI) -- The mother of Brian Urlacher's 3-year-old son says the Chicago Bears linebacker is confusing the boy by painting his toenails and dressing him in pink diapers.

The allegations were made in a court battle over Tyna Robertson's efforts to keep Urlacher away from Kennedy, the Herald News newspaper in Joliet, Ill., said Wednesday.

Robertson claims Kennedy once refused to take a bath for two days because he didn't want to mess up the nails that Urlacher had painted Bears blue.

Robertson's lawyer filed documents in Will County Tuesday stating that Urlacher scoffed at her objections, allegedly saying the nail job "doesn't make him feminine."

Urlacher's counsel told the Herald News the charges were "typical Tyna."

The judge in the matter took no action Tuesday other than to reject Robertson's request to move the case to Cook County.
