COL BKB: Purdue 71, Boston College 64

NEW YORK, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- E'Twaun Moore scored 19 points Wednesday, pacing No. 10 Purdue to a 71-64 decision over Boston College in the NIT Season Tip-Off semifinals.

Purdue (5-0) reached the semifinals of the tournament with home wins last week over Eastern Michigan and Loyola-Chicago.

JaJuan Johnson added 12 points for the Boilermakers, Keaton Grant had 11 and Robbie Hummel 10. Purdue limited Boston College to 38.6 percent shooting from the field and posted a comfortable win despite not hitting a basket during the final 4:07.

Boston College (3-2) was led by Tyrese Rice with 17 and Joe Trapani with 14.
