NFL: Minnesota 30, Jacksonville 12

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Napoleon Harris's 27-yard fumble return on the game's first play Sunday sent the Minnesota Vikings on their way to a 30-12 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Harris got the ball on a botched Jacksonville snap and ran for a touchdown. The Vikings (6-5) then scored a little over a minute later on a 3-yard run by Chester Taylor and had a 17-7 lead by the end of the first quarter.

Adrian Peterson ran for a touchdown and Ryan Longwell kicked three field goals for Minnesota, which entered this week tied with Chicago and Green Bay for first place in the NFC North.

Vikings quarterback Gus Frerotte was 2-of-20 passing for 120 yards and an interception.

David Garrard completed 27-of-45 passes for 317 yards and a touchdown for the Jaguars (4-7), who have lost four of their last five games.
