SAN JUAN , Puerto Rico, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Missouri's Demarre Carroll scored 29 points Sunday in an 83-72 Tigers' win over 20th-ranked Southern California in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off event.

J.T. Tiller added 14 points and Leo Lyons 13 for the Tigers (4-1) in the consolation-bracket contest.

Dwight Lewis led USC's scoring with 15 points. Daniel Hackett, Kasey Cunningham and Taj Gibson each had 11 points for the Trojans.
