COL FB: Florida State 41, Clemson 27

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Antone Smith scored two touchdowns Saturday in 24th-ranked Florida State's 41-27 victory over the Clemson Tigers.

Christian Ponder completed 16-of-27 passes for 153 yards, one touchdown and an interception for the Seminoles (7-2, 4-2 ACC), winners of five of their last six games.

Ponder also rushed for a TD, while Corey Surrency had a pair of receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown.

Cullen Harper passed for 240 yards and two touchdowns on 19-of-33 completions for the Tigers (4-5, 2-4), who have lost four of their last five games. C.J. Spiller gained 66 yards and scored on 13 carries, while adding three receptions for 55 yards and another touchdown for Clemson.
