The margin of victory was the largest on the Champions Tour this season.
Jay Haas had an even-par 72 and a total of 284 to share 16th place but ended up winning the Charles Schwab Cup and the $1 million prize that goes with it. The cup race is a season-long competition.
Bean has won twice this season and three times on the tour.
"What can we say? Today was the perfect day," Bean said after his easy victory.
