COL FB: Penn State 13, Ohio State 6

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Backup Pat Devlin scored the game's only touchdown on a quarterback keeper Saturday to give third- ranked Penn State a 13-6 win over No. 10 Ohio State.

The Nittany Lions (9-0, 5-0 Big Ten) hadn't won at Ohio State (7-2, 4-1) since 1978, and had lost the next seven there. The victory was Penn State's first over the Buckeyes since 2005.

Daryll Clark threw for 121 yards on 12-of-20 passing, but was replaced by Devlin in the fourth quarter after getting hit in the head on a tackle. Devlin did not attempt a pass.

Evan Royster ran for 77 yards on 19 carries for Penn State, which got a pair of field goals by Kevin Kelly.

The Nittany Lions had no turnovers and no penalties.

Terrelle Pryor threw for 226 yards on 16-of-25 passing for the Buckeyes, but had a fumble and interception.

Chris Wells was limited to 55 yards on 22 rushes and Dane Sanzenbacher caught six passes for 82 yards. Aaron Pettrey kicked two field goals for the Buckeyes.
