COL FB: Oklahoma 58, Kansas State 35

MANHATTAN, Kan., Oct. 25 (UPI) -- DeMarco Murray ran for two scores and caught two of Sam Bradford's three TD passes Saturday to ignite fifth-ranked Oklahoma to a 58-35 win over Kansas State.

Murray rushed for 104 yards on 17 carries and caught four passes for 63 yards. Chris Brown ran for 142 yards on 20 attempts with a touchdown for the Sooners.

Bradford, who also ran for a score, passed for 255 yards while completing 13-of-32 throws for the Sooners (7-1, 3-1 Big 12), who rang up a school-record 55 first-half points.

Josh Freeman completed 29-of-51 passes for a career-high 478 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions for Kansas State (4-4, 1-3). Logan Dold ran for a touchdown and passed for another.

After Kansas State scored 21 straight points to tie the game at 28-28, the Sooners countered with four touchdowns in the final eight minutes of the first half.
