NFL: New England 41, Denver 7

FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Oct. 21 (UPI) -- Sammy Morris galloped for 138 yards and one TD and Matt Cassel tossed three TD passes as the Patriots rolled over Denver 41-7 Monday night.

Randy Moss caught five passes for 69 yards and two TDs. Wes Welker had six catches for 63 yards and a TD.

Morris ran through the Denver defense before leaving the game with a knee injury; BenJarvus Green-Ellis ran for 65 yards and a late fourth-quarter score; Kevin Faulk notched 50 yards on just four carries.

Cassel completed 18-of-24 passes for 185 yards, helping New England (4-2) win its fifth straight Monday Night Football appearance and improved to 11-1 at home in October since 2003.

Jay Cutler, who had a right finger injury as the game began, completed 17-of-26 for 168 yards, one touchdown, but was intercepted twice.
