COL FB: LSU 26, Auburn 21

AUBURN, Ala., Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Jarrett Lee passed for 182 yards and two touchdowns Saturday to lead the sixth-ranked LSU Bengals to a 26-21 win over the ninth-ranked Auburn Tigers.

Brandon LaFell caught four passes for 92 yards, including the go-ahead touchdown for LSU (3-0, 1-0 SEC) with 1:03 left in the game.

Chris Mitchell and Demetrius Byrd each had a touchdown catch and Charles Scott rushed for 132 yards on 21 attempts for LSU. Quarterback Andrew Hatch completed 2-of-6 passes for 16 yards before leaving in the third quarter with a concussion.

Chris Todd had 250 yards and a touchdown on 17-of-32 completions, but was intercepted twice as Auburn (3-1, 1-1) suffered its first loss of the season. Ben Tate ran for 45 yards on 19 carries and had one TD for Auburn. Tim Hawthorne caught two passes for 87 yards, Rodgeriqus Smith five for 73 yards, and Robert Dunn four for 60 yards.
