WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Andre Rocha scored the game-tying goal in the second half Saturday night to get FC Dallas a 2-2 tie with D.C. United.
Kenny Cooper opened the scoring for the Hoops in the ninth minute when he scored his first goal since Aug. 3.

Jaime Moreno made it 1-1 with his 10th goal in the 26th minute, and then Santino Quaranta put D.C. United ahead 2-1 with about 20 minutes left in the match.
Rocha's second goal of the season capped the scoring.
FC Dallas (6-9-9) took a one-point lead over the last-place LA Galaxy in the Western Conference.
D.C. (10-11-3) fell into fifth place in the East, two points behind the New York Red Bulls, who beat Real Salt Lake 2-1 Saturday.
