BEIJING, Aug. 17 (UPI) -- Sandra Izbasa of Romania won the Olympic gold medal Sunday in the women's gymnastics floor exercise.

Shawn Johnson of the United States won the silver. The bronze went to all-around champion Nastia Liukin of the United States.
