Seahawks receiver could be out two months

KIRKLAND, Wash., Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Seattle Seahawks veteran wide receiver Bobby Engram could be out up to two months with a cracked bone in his shoulder.

The Seattle Times reported Monday that Engram, 35, could be back as early as six weeks and that the team will keep him on the final 53-man roster.

Engram suffered the injury on a reception in Friday's pre-season game.

Engram set a franchise record last season with 94 catches. Engram, who played his college football at Penn State, joined Seattle in 2001 after spending the first five seasons of his NFL career with Chicago.
