TORONTO, Aug. 10 (UPI) -- Cliff Lee gave up eight hits in eight scoreless innings Sunday when the Cleveland Indians recorded a 4-0 win at Toronto.
Lee (16-2) did not fan a batter but 83 of his 104 pitches were strikes, which led to 12 ground ball outs.
With his victory, Lee joined Arizona's Brandon Webb as the only 16-game winners at this point in the 2008 season.
Four Cleveland players knocked in one run.
Shin-Soo Choo led a 13-hit attack with three hits and four others had two hits in the Indians' third three-game sweep of Toronto in the last three seasons.
