TORONTO, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Two late goals by Kenny Cooper Sunday lifted FC Dallas to a 2-0 Major League Soccer win over Toronto FC.

Cooper's 13 goals this season tie him with Los Angeles' Landon Donovan for the MLS scoring lead.

The match appeared to be headed for a scoreless tie until Cooper struck after the 80th minute. The Dallas star rolled the ball inside the left post on a penalty kick to send his team ahead and then, in the closing seconds, fired a shot into the left side of the net.

Dallas is 6-6-7. Toronto 6-8-4.
