INDIANAPOLIS, July 29 (UPI) -- Morgan Hamm will be allowed to complete on the U.S. Olympics gymnastics team after an international body said it wouldn't appeal a warning from a doping agency.
Hamm was given a warning July 3 from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency after testing positive for a prohibited substance. The gymnast had taken an anti-inflammatory medication while under the care of a physician but failed to seek a therapeutic use exemption.
