Richard Johnson collars first PGA title

MILWAUKEE, July 20 (UPI) -- Richard S. Johnson shot a 6-under-par 64 to win the U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee Sunday, his first victory on the PGA Tour.

Johnson had a final score of 16-under 264 to win by a shot at the Brown Deer Park Golf Course.

Ken Duke closed with a 65 for second place with a 15-under 265.

Chad Campbell, Dean Wilson and Chris Riley shared third place at 13-under 267. Campbell and Wilson shot 65s and Riley turned in a 66 in the final round.

"It's just amazing," Johnson said. "You're thinking about it all the time, of course, when you're leading, but it's hard. You try to block the thought, but it keeps popping up there."

Johnson won $720,000.
