NASHVILLE, June 20 (UPI) -- Suspended NFL defensive back Adam "Pacman" Jones faces the loss of his home in Williamson County, Tenn., court documents indicate

The Tennessean, a Nashville newspaper, reported that the former Tennessee Titans' home is in foreclosure. The Williamson County Register's Office says Jones took out two mortgages to pay for the house in 2006 -- one for $1.26 million and the other for $157,500.

The newspaper reported Thursday that a notice of foreclosure sale came after Jones defaulted on the terms and conditions of a mortgage with U.S. Bank.

Attorney J. Phillip Jones, who isn't related to the player, has been appointed trustee of the property and that a woman at his office said the amount Pacman Jones owes is "confidential," The Tennessean said.

Jones was suspended for the 2007 season by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.

He has been traded to the Dallas Cowboys but has been cleared for the 2008 season.
