PARIS, May 27 (UPI) -- No. 4-seeded Svetlana Kuznetsova posted a win Tuesday in the women's half of the French Open, where rain again forced postponement of dozens of matches.

Rain interrupted play three times Tuesday. After 18 women's scheduled matches failed to get in Monday, another 30 were either suspended or postponed Tuesday. Among the Tuesday matches that never got started was world No. 1 Maria Sharapova's first-round match.
