EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., May 25 (UPI) -- Chad Barrett scored twice for the Chicago Fire Sunday in a 5-1 Major League Soccer win over the New York Red Bulls.
Cuauhtemoc Blanco had a goal and three assists and Gonzalo Segares and Chris Rolfe scored the other goals for Chicago.

The Fire jumped ahead 1-0 on a Barrett goal seven minutes into the match and ran up a 5-0 advantage before New York's Jozy Altidore averted a shutout by scoring in the 73rd minute.
Chicago is 6-2-1 and New York 3-2-3.
