DENVER, May 7 (UPI) -- Chris Iannetta had a solo homer and three RBI Tuesday to help the St. Louis Cardinals to a 6-5 victory over the Colorado Rockies.
Winning pitcher Braden Looper (5-1) gave up four runs on 10 hits in 8 1/3 innings. He also had two hits, an RBI and a run scored at the plate for the Cardinals, who have won six of their last seven games.

Ryan Ludwick went 4-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored for St. Louis.
Mark Redman (2-3) suffered the loss after giving up five runs on nine hits in just 2 2/3 innings of work for the Rockies, who have lost five of their last six games.
