Watson repeats at Outback Pro-Am

LUTZ, Fla., April 21 (UPI) -- Defending champion Tom Watson fired a 70 Sunday to finish at 9-under 204 and claim a one-stroke victory at the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am at Lutz, Fla.

Jay Haas climbed into contention with a final round of 64, but finished in a second-place tie with Scott Hoch (71).

John Cook (68) finished third at 7-under 206.

Mark Wiebe, who posted a 6-under 65 Saturday to take the second-round lead, shot a 76 Sunday and had to settle for a tie for fifth with Tom Jenkins (71) at 6-under 207.

Watson, the first player in tournament history to successfully defend his title, earned $255,000 for his 11th victory on the Champions Tour.
