ATLANTA, April 18 (UPI) -- Chipper Jones hit two homers for the second straight night Friday to boost the Atlanta Braves to a 6-1 decision over the Los Angeles Dodgers.
It was the 38th multi-homer game for Jones, who went three for five and drove in four runs. Jones went four for four in Thursday's game against Florida.
Derek Lowe (1-1) took the loss, giving up five runs on eight hits in 4 1/3 innings.
The Dodgers' James Loney was hitless in four at-bats, ending a 15-game hitting streak that was the third longest in the history of the team.
