Judge:Mosley video now in public domain

LONDON, April 9 (UPI) -- A "demeaning" video of the head of motor sport's governing body in a Nazi sex game with prostitutes is in the public domain, a British judge ruled Wednesday.

Max Mosley, president of the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile, Formula One's governing body, is the son of the late Sir Oswald Mosley, head of the British Union of Fascists. The video was published on the News of the World Web site and widely copied before the newspaper removed it.

Justice David Eady found "there is, in practical terms, nothing that the law can protect," The Times of London reported.

Mosley has filed a lawsuit against the News of the World. The videotape shows him dressed in a military uniform with five prostitutes.

In his sex games, Mosley allegedly acted out a concentration camp fantasy in which he played the roles of both guard and prisoner.
