Jason Williams scored 34 points for Miami, which has lost seven straight. The Heat played without Coach Pat Riley, who left the team to scout college basketball tournament action over the weekend. Miami will have the shortest odds of winning the NBA draft lottery when it is held during the playoffs.

Miami was within two when Turkoglu threw down a dunk with a minute to play. He quickly followed with a three-point shot that gave Orlando a 99-92 cushion with 42 seconds remaining.
