DEHLI, India, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- France's Raphael Jacquelin shot even-par 72 Saturday to forge a one-stroke lead through three rounds of the Indian Masters golf tournament in Delhi.
After trailing second-round leader Damien McGrane of Ireland by two entering the round, Jacquelin began the day with four straight pars.
Back-to-back bogeys at 10 and 11 again left him two behind McGrane, but a 15-foot eagle putt at 14 spurred him to a 54-hole total of 6-under 210 in strong winds.
"It's always good to be at the top of the leader board but I'm just a bit disappointed with my putting," he told the BBC. "(But) I have confidence in the way I'm playing. The courses in Asia seem to suit me."
It is the fifth time in his European Tour career the two-time tour winner has led after 54 holes.
McGrane (75) shares second place at 5-under-par 211 with Northern Ireland's Graeme McDowell (73) and Jose Manuel Lara (71) of Spain.
