D.J. White, with 26 points and 13 rebounds, was the only other player in double figures for the Hoosiers (18-3, 7-1 Big Ten), who snapped a two-game losing streak with their 35th consecutive win against the lightly regarded Wildcats in Bloomington.

They had lost their previous home game 68-63 against Connecticut Jan. 26, which ended the Hoosiers' 29-game home winning streak, and also fell 62-49 at No. 13 Wisconsin Thursday, their first conference defeat this season.

Northwestern was led by Craig Moore's 17 points and five assists.

Coble and Jeremy Nash scored 12 points apiece for the Wildcats (7-12, 0-8), who have lost four of their last five games.

Indiana held a shaky 40-37 advantage at the half.
