NHL: San Jose 3, Chicago 2

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Christian Ehrhoff's one-timer from the point -- his first goal of the season -- put San Jose ahead for good Tuesday in a 3-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Ehrhoff also came up with an assist as San Jose ended a four-game losing streak. The Sharks also got goals from Sandis Ozolinsh and Joe Pavelski.

Evgeni Nabokov came up with 28 saves for San Jose, which has won 10 of its last 11 games against Chicago.

Jack Skille and Adam Burish scored for the Blackhawks, whose win streak ended at four. Patrick Lalime recorded 20 saves.

Skille put Chicago up 1-0 in the first period, but San Jose scored the next three goals and then held on for the victory.
