WASHINGTON, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Sixth-ranked Georgetown used a 15-0 first-half run and a 21-point effort by Roy Hibbert Saturday to whip Notre Dame 84-65.

Hibbert led a balanced attack for the Hoyas (14-2, 4-1 Big East). DaJuan Summers added 17 points and 11 rebounds, Austin Freeman scored 16 points and Jessie Sapp 14.

Luke Harangody topped Notre Dame's scoring with 13 points. The Irish are 3-4, 3-2.
