Choi leads by four shots in Hawaii

HONOLULU, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- K.J. Choi turned in a 4-under 66 Saturday to build a four-stroke lead after three rounds of the PGA Sony Open in Hawaii.

Choi completed 54 holes at 15-under-par 195. That was his career-best 54-hole score, and one stroke off the 54-hole tournament record.

Choi has held the 54-hole lead four previous times on the PGA Tour and won all four of those events.

New Zealand's Tim Wilkinson had an 8-under 62 Saturday to jump from a share of 32nd into second place at 11-under 199.

Steve Marino (68) had a chance to join Wilkinson, but missed a birdie putt on the 18th. Kevin Na (69) birdied 18 to finish alongside Marino at 10-under 200.

Four more players, including Chad Campbell (66) and Rory Sabbatini (66), are tied for fifth at 201.
