CINCINNATI, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Deonta Vaughn scored 25 points Saturday to lead the Cincinnati Bearcats to a 69-66 victory over the 17th-ranked Villanova Wildcats.

John Williamson added 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Bearcats (8-8, 3-1 Big East) who won for the fourth time in their last six games.

Scottie Reynolds scored 32 points for the Wildcats (11-3, 1-2), who have lost two of their last three games.
