CHICAGO, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Matt Howard scored 19 points Monday, leading the 14th-ranked Butler Bulldogs to a 66-55 victory over Loyola-Chicago.

Mike Green added 15 points for the Bulldogs (14-1, 3-1 Horizon League), who have won six straight games.

J.R. Blount had 16 points, and Andy Polka added 14 points and eight rebounds for the Ramblers (5-10, 1-4), who have lost three straight.

The Bulldogs started the game with a 14-2 run, which included six points each from Howard A.J. Graves, who had two three-pointers.
