COL BKB: Tennessee 82, Gonzaga 72

SEATTLE, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- JaJuan Smith scored 18 points Saturday, leading the 12th-ranked Tennessee Vols to an 82-72 victory over the Gonzaga Bulldogs.

J.P. Prince added 12 points for the Vols (12-1), who have won seven in a row. Tennessee led by as many as 18 points.

Matt Bouldin scored 21 points to lead Gonzaga (9-4). David Pendergraft and Josh Heytvelt each added 12 points for the Bulldogs.

After falling behind by 18 points midway through the second half, the Bulldogs scored 25 of the next 37 points, but the Vols shut the door and went on to win by 10.
