NHL: Calgary 9, Tampa Bay 6

TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Jarome Iginla and Kristian Huselius both produced a hat trick Thursday in leading the Calgary Flames to a wild 9-6 victory over Tampa Bay.

The game was tied midway through the third period before Iginla scored twice in a 60-second span. He also scored early in the third period to give the Flames a 6-5 lead.

Dion Phaneuf had five assists for Calgary and Miikka Kiprusoff made 25 saves. The Flames have won four of five.

Martin St. Louis scored twice for Tampa Bay and the Lightning got a goal and two assists from both Vinny Prospal and Vincent Lecavalier.

After giving up four goals on six shots, Tampa Bay goaltender Johan Holmqvist was replaced by Marc Denis.

Iginla gave Calgary the lead with 5:19 left in the third when his wrister from the slot sailed over Denis' right shoulder.
