OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 8 (UPI) -- Baron Davis made three three-pointers during a game-closing surge Friday to bring the Golden State Warriors back for a 120-113 win over Miami.
The Heat took a 104-93 lead with 6:18 remaining when Dwyane Wade made two free throws. From that point, however, the Warriors outscored Miami 27-9.
Davis and Monta Ellis both had nine points during the run and Kelenna Azubuike had seven.
Stephen Jackson paced Golden State with 28 points and Davis had 25, boosting the Warriors to their first win over Miami in four tries.
Wade scored 33 and Ricky Davis added 20 for the Heat.
Miami lost its fifth consecutive game despite out-shooting the Warriors 49 percent to 41 and out-rebounding them by 17.
